Delivery Policy
This policy explains how and when Nemur Net ehf delivers the services you book through our website.
What We Deliver
Nemur Net ehf provides educational tours and supporting services for teachers, schools, youth workers and Erasmus+ mobility groups visiting Iceland. Our principal commercial offering is the Educational Tour of Iceland (€140 per person), available to visiting groups and individuals interested in Iceland's education, culture and natural environment.
Services are delivered in person in Iceland, together with any digital materials and certificates that accompany the programme.
When Services Are Delivered
- The Educational Tour is delivered on the date agreed in your booking confirmation. The start time, meeting point, and itinerary are sent by email at least seven (7) days before the tour date.
- Tour materials and any reading lists, where applicable, are sent by email at least seven (7) days before the tour date.
- Certificates of participation, where applicable, are issued at the end of the tour either in person or by email within fourteen (14) working days.
Booking Confirmation
After we receive your booking enquiry by email at [email protected], we will reply within two (2) working days to confirm availability. Once payment has been received via the secure card payment link we provide, you will receive a written booking confirmation by email containing all relevant details.
Travel and Accommodation
The price of the Educational Tour covers the guided tour itself. Travel to and from Iceland and accommodation are not included. Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights, accommodation, travel insurance, and any visas or permits needed to enter Iceland.
We are happy to provide guidance and recommendations, but the booking and payment of these arrangements is the participant's responsibility.
What Is Included in the Educational Tour
- A full day with an experienced guide from Nemur Net ehf
- Educational content tailored to teaching professionals
- Discussion and reflection sessions during the tour
- A certificate of participation on request
What is not included unless explicitly stated: meals, personal expenses, travel insurance, and entrance fees for any sites that charge admission outside the agreed itinerary.
If Something Goes Wrong
If we are unable to deliver a service on the agreed date — for example due to weather, illness, or insufficient enrolment — we will contact you as early as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
