2. Services

Nemur Net ehf is an Icelandic social enterprise providing educational tours and supporting services for teachers, schools, youth workers and Erasmus+ mobility groups visiting Iceland. We also coordinate and participate in Erasmus+ projects in the field of youth, cultural heritage and digital storytelling, in cooperation with European partners.

Our principal commercial service offered through this website is the Educational Tour of Iceland. The current price and full description of the tour are available on the Educational Tour page.

3. Booking and Payment

To book the Educational Tour, or to enquire about a bespoke programme for a visiting group, please email [email protected]. We confirm availability and then send a secure card payment link.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

4. Delivery of Services

Services are delivered on the dates and at the locations stated in your booking confirmation. Please see our Delivery Policy for full details on how and when our services are provided.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Nemur Net ehf reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to insufficient participants, weather conditions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid to Nemur Net ehf.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Iceland, valid travel insurance, and any visas or permits required for entry into Iceland. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other participants, and the locations visited during the tour.

7. Liability

Nemur Net ehf provides its services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by Icelandic law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer to Nemur Net ehf for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of travel arrangements, accommodation, or income.
